Shipping and returns
Shipping policy
All UPSLOWUSE pieces are made in Ukraine. We ship from Kyiv with Nova Poshta (international shipments: Nova Poshta and its partner carriers). Shipping prices below are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH); the shipping method and cost are shown at checkout.
Order processing
Orders for in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Items marked [pre-order] and out-of-stock sizes are made to order: 14 business days after payment, then shipped. If your order includes such an item, the whole order ships once it is ready, unless agreed otherwise.

Natural fur pieces (FLUFF) ship within Ukraine only: Nova Poshta does not accept natural fur in international parcels.
Duties and taxes abroad
International orders are shipped with import duties and taxes unpaid (DAP). Any such charges are paid by the recipient to the carrier or customs on delivery. Guidelines as of October 2026:
- EU countries: the destination country's VAT (17-27%) on the value of the goods plus shipping, and the carrier's customs clearance fee. Customs duty: parcels valued up to €150 are subject to a flat duty of €3 per type of item (since 1 July 2026); for parcels over €150 the duty is 0% under the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement with proof of Ukrainian origin (an origin declaration on the invoice, which we include with the shipping documents), and up to 12% without it.
- United Kingdom: VAT 20% and a clearance fee. Customs duty 0% under the UK-Ukraine free trade agreement with proof of origin.
- Switzerland: customs duties on clothing and jewellery were abolished in 2024. VAT 8.1% and a clearance fee apply.
- Norway: VAT 25% and a clearance fee. Customs duty 0% under the EFTA-Ukraine free trade agreement with proof of origin.
- Canada: GST/HST 5-15% and a clearance fee. Customs duty 0% under the Canada-Ukraine Free Trade Agreement with proof of origin.
- United States: since 29 August 2025 there is no duty-free threshold; duty is charged on every parcel at the US tariff rate for the specific type of goods (roughly 10-30% of the value for clothing and jewellery) plus a clearance fee. There is no free trade agreement between Ukraine and the US, so proof of origin does not remove the duty.
Rules change, and the final amount is set by the customs authority of the destination country. If a parcel is not received because the recipient declines to pay the import charges, it is returned to us and we refund the order amount minus the actual shipping costs both ways.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Transit times may be longer due to customs, carriers, seasonal demand or circumstances beyond our control.

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect details; reshipping is charged separately.
