ORDER PROCESSING

Orders for in-stock items are usually processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Some items are available for pre-order. The estimated production or preparation time for such items is indicated on the product page. If an item is purchased on a pre-order basis, shipment may take place after it is ready, unless otherwise agreed separately.

DELIVERY WITHIN UKRAINE

Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by local delivery services. Delivery times depend on the region and the selected carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We also ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination country and the delivery method selected during checkout.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message and, if available, a tracking number for shipment tracking.
