Shipping

Orders for in-stock items ship within 2-3 business days after payment is confirmed; pre-order items and made-to-order sizes take 14 business days to produce. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Within Ukraine we ship with Nova Poshta; delivery is paid on receipt at the carrier's rate. International shipping: 26 EU countries (1,700 UAH, free from 10,000 UAH), the United Kingdom (1,900 UAH, free from 15,000 UAH), Switzerland and Norway (2,400 UAH, free from 20,000 UAH), the United States and Canada (2,200 UAH, free from 20,000 UAH). Other countries: email us at info@upslowuse.com. Natural fur pieces (FLUFF) ship within Ukraine only: Nova Poshta does not accept natural fur in international parcels.

Import duties and taxes of the destination country are paid by the buyer on receipt. Our pieces are made in Ukraine, so in the EU, the UK, Canada and Norway customs duty is 0% with proof of Ukrainian origin (EU parcels valued up to €150 are subject to a flat duty of €3 per type of item), and Switzerland has abolished duties on clothing and jewellery; the destination country's VAT and the carrier's clearance fee apply. Returns within Ukraine

Returns within Ukraine are free: contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, and we pay for return shipping with Nova Poshta. Terms: Refund policy.

International Returns

For international orders, a return request must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of order delivery.

If the return is not due to a product defect or an error on our part, the costs for return international shipping are borne by the buyer.

In the case of an international return, any customs duties, taxes, or other fees associated with the return are also borne by the buyer.

The cost of original shipping is non-refundable.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, funds will be refunded to the same payment method used when placing the order.

If the item was delivered defective or in error, please contact us, and we will help resolve the situation individually.
